Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Planning Officer ? (AKU-Wide Planning and Budgeting ? Finance).
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for providing active support in University wide planning and budgeting process; and to assist in carrying out various analyses to provide understandable information to the management for effective decision making. Other responsibilities would include:
Support in the costing, planning, budgeting and monitoring of the university-wide functions, and various other analysis;
Assisting in the University-wide planning and financial evaluation;
Involve in budget consolidation and monitoring;
Coordinating with other departments for refining financial and other systems and procedures;
Carrying out feasibility studies and other special projects.

Requirements
Master?s Degree in Business Administration (Finance)/ ACCA/ CMA or Equivalent;
One to Two years experience in planning & finance (fresh graduates may also be considered);
Ability to communicate effectively;
Analytical and writing skills;
Proficiency in computers especially MS Office;
Ability to work under pressure.
