Our cable company provided our TV programming for years until the day they shut off our cable for someone else?s unpaid bills. It was a mistake on their part and it took two weeks for them to even acknowledge they made the mistake. When they offered to turn the cable back on, my husband and I declined. We decided that if their customer service was that bad it was only going to get worse. We now use DISH Net TV and we could not be happier. They have wonderful customer service, great programming, and they are affordable. We even saved money by switching.
