Pat-O's push for 190 ? Day 1 | Wine Reviews, Food & Drink Recipes ...

Meals and Snacks

Breakfast:
- Two hard boiled eggs (weird because I never eat hard boiled eggs)

Lunch:
- small egg salad sandwich (again a product of the hard boiled eggs which I have no idea how that happened)
- leftover singapore sling noodles from dinner last night. not a big serving so my guess is under 400 calories

Dinner:
- Another small egg salad sandwich
- Chicken Pot Pie (not good for you)

Snacks throughout the day:

Exercise

Morning:
- Ran 1.5 miles
- 100 situps
- 50 pushups

Afternoon:
- Walked about a mile

Miscellaneous

- Had 3 glasses of white wine and a Guiness (had to celebrate a little, we just sold our condo)
